Disney turns 100 years old

Disney makes its 100th anniversary celebration this year. What is my connection to Disney? I was not a child that like cartoons. The closest distance between Disney and I when I was a child would be the PC software called Disney's Magic Artist Studio except Disney songs. I wonder if anyone still remember this software. As the development of Apple company is unstoppable and the impact made by its products is huge. The app Procreate on ipad provides a digital canvas for people to create. It changes the drawing habit of people. The old products get kicked out of the market. Only few products survive by the test of time. However, Disney as a company still stands for 100 years. How would it happen? Disney was founded on October 16, 1923, by brothers Walt Disney and Roy Disney as Disney Brothers Studio. “If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse.” Famous quote from Walt who is an American animator. The copper statue of Walt and his icon Mickey Mouse called Partners is placed in front of Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. It is said that Disneyland is a wonderland for kids and a playground for adults. It is a place that inspires everyone to become dreamers and create unlimited possibilities. I have been Disneyland before and it is like a must-visit attraction for everyone once. All those animated characters on the paper not just appears on television anymore. It appears in front of you in the Disneyland. The workers wearing the designed costume bring the characters alive. You can see Mickey Mouse, Buzz Lightyear and Goofy and even interact with them. In Hong Kong, it resembles to Andox and Box created by the superstar Andy Lau. Many people forget to dream after facing the cruelty in real life. It is time to get some fresh air in Disneyland.
